Adding or Editing a PDR Line Item

This screen is commonly referred to as a paintless dent repair (PDR) worksheet. Use the worksheet to enter the number of dents according to the sizes: Dime, Nickel, Quarter, Half. Depending how your unit is setup, you may not have access to this screen.

The following are additional costs to consider depending on what type of panel or vehicle that is receiving a paintless dent repair. If additional costs are applicable, an additional line should be added to the estimate because you will not be able to modify the calculated total.

• Add for aluminum panels
• Add for headliner R&I
• Add for the glued headliner R&I
• Add for sunroof R&I
• Add for the R&I of the hood or deck liner
• Add for items like the roof panel damage on certain vehicles (e.g., Minivans, SUVs, Extended Pickup Cabs, Wagons)
• Add for damage to a double panel
• Add for the R&I of the vehicle lamp assembly(s)
• Add for the R&I of the door liner(s)
• Add for the R&I of the fender liner(s)
• Add for corrosion protection

To add or edit a PDR line item

1. Open or create a workfile.
2. Select the Estimate tab, and then the Lines tab.
3. Select a group, subgroup, and a part.
4. Select PDR from the operations toolbar. The Estimate Line Properties sheet opens with the PDR tab displayed.
